  After I had spoken to the IRS regarding my tax return and why I haven't received it and it's been passed 21 days, they told me that I was missing a form. Tax preparer (lakeisha) failed to file tax forms properly. She did not include my 1095A form nor ask for it. Which delayed my tax refund an additional 6 weeks. I went back to liberty and had them fill out my 1095A and 8962 forms and print the second page of my 1040 form. Which the manager (Nicole) had done for me. She handed me an envelope and stated that all the documents I need to send in to the IRS is with envelope. You would think as a "manager" she would get it right this time. NOT. So I finally got the letter from the IRS and reviewed all the documents to make sure everything was complete. I then realized I was missing the second page (that I requested from the manager Nicole) of my 1040 form. I went in a third time and a tax preparer named (meeko) and she completed the missing documents. After all the hassle, I contacted their corporate office to file a complaint and requesting my money back and the manager (Nicole) called me to offer me $300 and I would receive the check Monday, March 14, 2016. I received no call, so I personally went in Tuesday March 15, 2016 to pick up my "check". To find out she was offering me a phony flyer with a discount trip/vacation. I stated that there was a misunderstanding, and that I want to be reimbursed for what I paid them (because that's what's fair.) Once again I called corporate to speak to someone in a higher authority and again the manager Nicole called me and said that was the agreement made and I will not get a refund from them. So unless you wanna get ripped off and have major mistakes on your taxes. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
