- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!customer service I was a loyalty customer with business bank account but I had very bad experience with the branch manager his name is Andrew he's the most horrible person in customer service he close my business account and he don't asking for my permission first I'm so upset I don't recommend the branch on challenger and Ave J , now I opened my business account and Wells Fargo and I'm so happy I recommended Wells Fargo in the west side 40.W and Avenue L I don't recommend US Bank especially that branch I have the worst horrible experience!!!By juancarlos torres, May 23, 2017
